Clinton Road Septic Tank Services

BEWARE!!!! Bucky came out and cleaned my septic Where he observed some flooding in the rear of my property. He advised he used to be a grader and gave us advice and a price to remediate the excess water from rain. He proceeded to dig a ditch around the property where he cut the septic lines and advised he would “cap them Off” he advised he would be back the following day to do that and grade the property and seed the area per our agreement. He did neither. He was paid in full the day he completed the ditch. He left his equipment on site for months and months. Everytime we reached out to him he either did not respond or advise he would be back the following day. About five months later he made it back to pick up his equipment and do a shady grading job and advised again he would be call to cap off the lines he ripped through with the the bucket and finish the grading and grass. He never showed has not completed this job to this day mind you he finished the ditch on 9/21/23. We brought a new company In since he still has not responded or has come to complete this project that cost me over 10,000. Not only did he cut the lines he cut the main lines and now the septic has to be redone and rerouted (leach lines) because it’s a health hazard which is going to cost me approximately 5800 to repair . He still isn’t responding and still has not come out to fix anything or complete the job. See you in court buddy !!! You can’t keep taking peoples money and not completing your work or damaging people Property that costs them almost as much to fix what you broke and completely ignore them. What a shotty businesses man you are. If there a zero or less I would surly give you that. RUN people dont use them

They came out told me they were coming back the next day to finish the job. I didn’t see them for two weeks every time I texted him they said they would be there that afternoon or the following morning. When they finally showed up my toilets were stopped up because they didn’t finish the work on the septic tank and I had to go a whole day with no toilets. Funny how it only took 15-20 minutes of work to finish, but I had to wait two weeks.

We called Clinton Road Septic to come locate and pump our tank as we were having back up in our basement. In the beginning everything was good. They came out and could not locate as we had a lot of overgrowth where the tank actually was. Told us they would be out the next day. Next day came and they said they got busy with other orders, which I get ours was last minute. Finally two days after the intial call they came out cleared the area and found our tank. The truck to clean it out was on another job so they stated they would be out next day. Next day came we didn't hear anything so hubby called and they said they would be out the next morning. They finally showed up to get it cleaned out. We were finally up and running able to use our facilities again. During all of this they discovered our lid was broken. We were told they would be out the following day to replace and cover everything back up. Next day came, no communication. Husband calls again and we were told that they would be out at 1030 next morning. We are going on two weeks from first point of contact and we are still waiting on a lid. At this point I am fed up with the back and forth. I told my husband not to pay until work was complete, but husbands. So now they got their money and I doubt have intentions on coming back. So looks like we will have to get into contact with someone else. I was really hoping we had a reliable and trustworthy company to use going forward, but that does not look like the case. Wish I would have read the reviews more.

Early April CRS installed drain lines in my back yard, after driving through my front yard leaving tire marks and ruts? My back yard now looks like the surface of the moon. I have been told my my realtor Rene Sawey and "Bucky" that they would be over Saturday 14 apr 18 to fix the yard and remove an excavator, i can only assume now is abandoned property, since it's been in my back yard for three weeks now. After receiving a call from "Bucky," 15 or 16 Apr 18 i was told that he would be over this week to smooth out the yard and remove the excavator. It's now 21 Apr 18 at 16:36 my yard still looks like the surface of the moon and the excavator is still parked there.
